We only respond to hosting issues via our ticket system, which enables us to track and monitor any issues that may arise. Server Status
Are you having difficulty with one of your services? Need to check the status of our http, ftp, php or mail servers to ensue they are running correctly. No problem, just visit the link below to perform a real time check on all of Design Flow's servers. Notice that a server is down? This is likely due to us performing maintenance on the server and you should expect it to be back up and running shortly. If in doubt, please submit a ticket for further investigation.

Client Area
Our client area is designed to allow our web hosting clients the ability to perform many tasks both quickly and convienetnly. From our client area you can pay an invoice, order a new hosting package or domain name, upgrade or downgrade your service and much much more. Our client area is the administrative backbone for our hosting clients.
